On all Orkney projects, we strive to make greener choices - this includes recycling leftover materials, burying leftover plasterboard, and efficiently using materials on site.

"Kevin Turley, Andrew Grimes and the team from Orkney Construction have carried out extensive work on two of our properties over the past seven years. The work carried out has involved interior and exterior repair and renovation, as well as landscaping work. They have exceeded our expectations both in terms of the standard of building work and their professionalism and dedication.
Works at our Brooklyn home were particularly challenging due to the steep access to the site and poor state of repair of the circa-1910 villa. We had originally engaged them to carry out minor renovations to the laundry, however, removal of the existing tiled flooring and Gib-board revealed extensive water ingress throughout the entire dwelling. The team stayed on for over 6 months until the entire house had been repaired to a high professional standard.
Orkney Construction made time at short notice to design and install around 25 metres of fencing and handrails at our Brooklyn home. They worked to a tight deadline and went the extra mile to ensure we could list our home for sale by the second week of September.
